When was the last time you thought to yourself, “Man I wish I just had a few more things to do”. Chances are… you haven’t! Especially as 2016 closes out and we begin a NEW YEAR of 2017, this is the time of year when life has a way of picking up the pace. Life can be more about doing than being. One of the greatest challenges we face is learning to live LIFE instead of LIFE living us! Another way to put it… how “in control” are you of the life you are living on a daily basis? I want to encourage you to take a deep breath, think about that for a few seconds… then continue reading.
A friend of mine recently posted on facebook, “The longer I live the more I’m convinced execution is everything. You can achieve anything if you can learn to control the daily behavior of the man in the mirror.”- Clint Fiore
Truth is… we all make decisions daily that affect our lives. Some decisions have immediate outcomes, while others reap a harvest in due season. There are outside circumstances that also influence our lives. Did you know that there is a BATTLE going on for your life? According to John 10:10, “The thief (satan) comes ONLY to steal and kill and destroy; I (Jesus) have come that they (you and I) may have LIFE, and have it to the full.” It amazes me how THE CREATOR of the universe CARES so much about you and I that He gave His ONLY Son to die on the cross for our sins and He Guarantees us not just life for the here and now, but LIFE FOR ETERNITY!
When LIFE gets ridiculously busy and challenging, remember you can trust in HIS Promise. One of the greatest decisions you can make is to give control of your LIFE to the ONE Who Created LIFE in the first place! I’d encourage you to find those who help build you up in your relationship with your CREATOR. LIVING LIFE RIGHT starts with your Relationship with your HEAVENLY FATHER. He wants what is BEST for you. ASK and it will be given to you, SEEK and you will find, KNOCK and the door will be opened to you. There are many GOOD THINGS He desires for you.
Each of us are presented with the same 24hrs in a day. It is up to us to figure out how to use them. I Encourage you to sow daily into your relationship with God and others… IN THAT ORDER to have a LIFE LIVED RIGHT.
